Buildings by Daman Dubai, UAE

The Buildings by Daman is the most prestigious mixed-use tower located at the heart of the Dubai International Financial Centre.  The 235-meter, 65 storey complex includes residential and commercial space, a luxury hotel and retail areas, encompassing a total built-up area of 150,000 sq.m.

A Delmatic system is installed throughout the shell and core areas of the project to provide energy-efficient switching and dimming of lighting with central management and monitoring through networked graphical software.  Delmatic controls were selected over other systems because of the high-speed operation and communication (using the Lon protocol) which was deemed essential in such a large building.
